James Fadiman, Ph.D:
Fadiman is a pioneering figure in the field of psychedelic research and a widely respected expert on the psychological and therapeutic benefits of psychedelics. With over 50 years of experience, Fadiman has contributed groundbreaking work to the study of consciousness, microdosing, and the exploration of altered states for healing and personal growth. He earned his Ph.D. in Psychology from Stanford University and co-founded the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology (now Sofia University), where he served as faculty for many years. During this time he met and befriended Ram Dass (known then as Richard Alpert) who introduced him to psilocybin.Fadiman is perhaps best known for his research on the beneficial effects of microdosing psychedelics, a practice that has gained widespread interest for its potential to enhance creativity, emotional well-being, and mental clarity.
